Corporate Counsel

The candidate will support corporate development with transactions. Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and business-related issues to senior business leaders. Manage and assist with general corporate governance and structure matters and provide Board support. Structure, negotiate, and close transactional agreements (i.e., vendor and procurement contracts) in collaboration with internal subject matter experts (privacy, compliance, regulatory, security, etc.). Assist Associate General Counsel (Commercial and Corporate) in the development, implementation and adoption of firm-wide policies, as needed. Manage risk and ensure business and compliance needs are accurately reflected in agreements. Develop and deliver training on legal issues and support continuous improvements of forms, policies and processes to help streamline, simplify and automate value-added processes.
