Aon is looking for a Risk Operations ProfessionalAs part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Risk, in Chicago, IL.  This role will not be required to be in the office full time. The role can be performed virtually with an option to work in the office if the person so wishes. Your impact as a Risk Operations ProfessionalThe North America Risk Operations Professional is responsible for helping the North America Risk Office support regional leadership and the region’s businesses by way of a strong risk management culture, framework and reporting mandate supported by a formal Regional Risk Committee. This individual will help support the delivery of optimal results through the successful deployment and execution of risk initiatives that support the organizational strategy across all revenue lines. Job Responsibilities:Under the direction of North America Risk Office management, work with the team and the Operations community to help optimize operational and technology initiatives that lower risk in the firm, including:•    Performing third party due diligence consistent with Aon’s Anti-Corruption program•    Conducting reviews of client Limitation of Liability (LoL) modification of clause wording requests•    Assisting in project managing and/or participating in ad-hoc special projects, LoL compliance testing and other activities aimed at risk mitigation•    Providing support to the team and business on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessments and remediation activities•    Supporting compliance around evolving privacy regulation (e.g. Schrems II)•    Helping to drive innovation and process improvements within the NA Risk Office Required Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in business operations, risk, audit, or complianceUnderstanding of key drivers of compliance, control, and operational performanceStrong project management and written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills with ability to provide insight and recommendationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment under a complex global matrix with a mix of functional, business, and geographic leaders Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field We offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.  They make a difference, work with the best, own their potential, and value one another.  This is the Aon Colleague Experience, defining what it means to work at Aon and realizing our vision of empowering human and economic possibility.
