The intern will assist in all aspects of the office and trial work. Will expect hands on introduction to the practice of law. Assist on legal research; observing court proceedings; interviewing witnesses; settlement negotiations; pre-trial discovery; appellate advocacy; correspondence; drafting documents; intake. Areas of practice exposure include : domestic violence; family law. 1L students and 2L students are considered.
