The candidate will be responsible to manages the ongoing process of license agreements. Review standard legal documents and all patent correspondence. Monitor status of agreements. Maintain files. Correspond with stakeholders to monitor compliance with agreements. Maintain patent and license dockets. Assists Invention Managers and Associate with creating licensing timelines, action plans, and deadlines. Identifies, reviews, and monitors all government and private sponsor compliance requirements and time lines. Assists with marketing campaigns and mailings. Manage receipt of disclosures and guarantees compliance with Northwestern University requirements; documents appropriate information in INVO’s database (Wellspring); documents disclosures elections and releases. Advanced faculty outreach including maintaining contact database, attend meetings with inventors and providing support to inventors. Maintains and produces enterprise-wide reports as requested.
