Duties: Manages a high volume of cases through the life-cycle of the legal process. Issues and enters suits, services, judgments, and post judgments. Performs data entry of client information specific to individual states into the collection software system; works within the Microsoft Office Suite of products (Excel, Outlook, Access). Ensures appropriate resolution on client files. Proofreads all documents assigned for preparation, to ensure all formatting and criteria are correct. Works cross-functionally with all areas of Legal Operations to investigate errors. Works with state level Attorneys to ensure all documents are prepared accurately and filed timely.
