The candidate will evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard, Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files, Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly, Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth, Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base, Survey potential new clients to determine Firm's ability to assist with their legal needs, while listening to all phone calls in a professional manner, with the goal of acquiring and retaining new clients As first point of contact with potential new clients, the ideal candidate must possess a professional calm demeanor and a great personality, with a willingness to serve and support our potential new clients. Schedule consultations with prospective clients Organize new leads via our CRM case management software Manage the Firm's marketing databases and vendor relationships, Assist marketing team with expanding Firm's client base Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically a must, High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel, Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills, Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus, Background in the legal industry preferred, Previous customer service or sales experience preferred., Must have excellent customer service attitude with a go-getter spirit, Must also possess at least 2 years of sales experience in a commission-based environment.
