Position at Alpine
Structural design of wood trusses using our custom software.
Use Alpine’s custom software to test and verify structural engineering results.
Basic proficiency in wood truss design.
Proficiency in testing engineering software.
Data collection and reporting.
Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Coursework and/or understanding of materials and basic structural design; wood and/or cold formed steel design, and the physical testing of materials preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with any CAD software and/or experience with physical materials test lab procedures.
