The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Must have experience working on Hatch-Waxman litigation matters and/or a Chemistry or Biology background as well as an electrical engineering or computer science background. Should have experience with all phases of patent litigation, including discovery, drafting pleadings, writing briefs, and preparing and arguing motions. Relevant Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
