Contracts Specialist/Paralegal
The candidate will review and edit (redline) new and renewal technology contracts including Master Service Agreements, Schedules, Amendments and Statements of Work, to ensure the documents conform to Client Hotels and Resorts standards. Technology areas include technology products and services; such as networking, hardware, storage, hardware, software, related services, managed / outsourced services and hosted services. Must have Accreditation as a paralegal (or equivalent work experience) or Contracts Specialist experience. 5+ years as a Contracts Specialist supporting technology sourcing MUST have experience in IT contracts.

Duration: 2 months (High possibility to get extended after January).
