Duties: Drafting of non-standard supplier agreements for the Air, Lodging, Ground, and Sea lines of business. Lead deals teams and support sales organizations in the negotiation of supplier agreements. Research for legal requests, including discovery requests. Responds to questions regarding contract interpretation and provide clear, concise, and thorough analysis. Project management. Communicate and ensure adherence to Sabre audit and procedural processes. Delivery of contracting services to the business units in compliance with agreed service levels.
