The ideal candidate will excel in prioritization, organization, and delegation, with a focus on estate planning, administration, and elder care law. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating patience and effective communication with clients.
• Manage estate planning cases, including drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Oversee estate administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and client wishes.
• Advise clients on estate planning strategies, tax implications, and elder care matters.
• Handle client consultations, provide clear legal guidance, and address client concerns promptly.
• Prioritize and organize daily tasks and responsibilities, effectively managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Delegate tasks as needed to ensure efficient case progression and resolution.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Ohio Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of client-facing attorney experience.
• Preferred experience in estate planning, estate administration, and elder care law.
