Patent Prosecution Associate

The candidate must have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. A technical background is required in the following area(s): electrical engineering, systems engineering, aeronautical engineering, aerospace engineering, electronics, engineering technology, and/or physics. Will serve in the analysis and preparation of replies to office actions and amendments, invention and disclosure meetings/calls with clients, preparation of new patent applications, preparation and prosecution of design applications, study of patents and prosecution history files in support of opinions of non-infringement or invalidity, technology licensing agreements and related transactions, and support of litigation, administrative reviews, petitions and appeals. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and be licensed to practice in a State Bar and before the USPTO. Should have a demonstrated track record of academic achievement and superior writing and interpersonal skills.
