Title Examiner

The candidate will be examining title reports to determine property ownership, lien priority, outstanding taxes, and other delinquent amounts and defects in the title. Updating firm and client systems with title summaries. Communicating with clients, courts, insurance companies, and outside law firms. Other duties as assigned. One (1) year of title processing, abstracting, or related settlement experience is preferred; ability to handle a large volume of files and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment; analytical thinking, research ability, and attention to detail. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to multitask. Must demonstrate excellent computer, organizational, and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent – college coursework desired.
