Attorney Network Relationship Manager

The candidate will manage and direct the activities in areas of responsibility for the Attorney Network, in accordance with internal policy and external regulations. Review and advise on specific compliance programmatic needs. Propose solutions to escalated problems. Work with management in all areas to promote a culture of accountability, ethics, and compliance. Formulate long-term strategies for education and implementation. Implement methods for deepening our relationship with existing network resources by defining pathways for higher utilization. Source and qualify new network resources. Provide critical feedback and develop action plans to ensure performance targets are met. Leverage the continuous improvement process for both internal teams and external partnerships. Communicate management recommendations in support of our mission and goals. Demonstrate basic knowledge of company policies and procedures. As a subject matter expert, provide leadership to the legal network support team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high performance, and integrity. Perform related duties as assigned.
