RAP - Risk Assurance Staff - Winter 2020

The candidate will collaborate with a team of Performance and Reward professionals consisting of actuaries as well as compensation and plan administration professionals. Will work directly with clients on projects involving many aspects of employee benefits, human resource operations, and human resource transaction-related projects. Should be pursuing a J.D. or LL.M. degree in Taxation with undergraduation in accounting, finance, or business related field, with strong academic credentials. Some knowledge of tax and employee benefits law is required. Should have a strong academic record, including, without limitation in course work that company deems relevant to this position. Must be proficient in the English language, including the ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively both written and verbally in a professional environment. Should be proficient with MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must be flexible and willing to travel as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary.
