The candidate will manage many cases. Assist clients with the Property Damage resolution process. Manage client expectations. Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that will help the legal department build a case. Strict compliance with schedule of assigned appointments. Use of Firm's software (training will be provided) for data entry of new clients. Scan the documentation needed for the case and save it into the Firm's system. Excellent customer service skills required. Very well organized required. Good follow-up and follow through required. Strong communication skills required. Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year university required.
