Patent Agent/Technical Advisor: Chemical
The candidate will be drafting patent applications; analyzing and preparation of replies to office actions; invention and disclosure meetings/calls with clients, and prosecuting patent applications. Should be experienced in patent application drafting and prosecution to join its Chemical practice. Must have 1-2 years of patent application drafting or prosecution experience. A technical background is required in the areas of inorganic or organic chemistry, and a Master’s or Doctorate in the relevant field is required. Industry experience is a plus. Fluency in a foreign language (such as Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, or German) is also a plus. Must possess superior technical knowledge, writing, and communication skills.
