Aon is looking for a Senior Property Broker - EnergyThe senior broker role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic risk management solutions for large, global clients. This includes the design, marketing and service management of property insurance programs in numerous industry sectors. The senior broker will be instrumental in the analysis of client’s exposures to identify and mitigate risk as well as responsible for the coordination of the placement and day-to-day activities on accounts. The senior broker should have proven peer market relationships and emerging senior market relationships.Specific tasks/qualifications include:Lead broker on complex insurance programs - Perform strategic assessment, design solutions and negotiate risk transfer productsDevelop & maintain understanding of analytical/actuarial techniques to design and compare risk transfer/financing plansEffectively plan and manage renewal cycleEstablish credibility (knowledge/trust) with both clients and Aon peers (grow extensive internal network)Develop technical competency demonstrating capabilities to create innovative solutionsPossess senior executive client communication and negotiation skills (oral & written)Effectively communicate market/industry perspectives and applications to specific client situationMaintain & grow current book of businessParticipate in RFP responsesEnsure operational excellence including adherence to service management requirementsMaintain knowledge of Aon’s scope of resources and capabilities to promote interdependency and enhanced client servicesEducation:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
