Must have superior research, analytical and legal writing skills, as demonstrated in an employment law-related writing sample. Experience with or supporting litigation and/or administrative proceedings desired. Strong work ethic and client service acumen are needed. Excellent academic credentials and professional references, as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills essential. Experience or interest in labor law is needed. Oregon State Bar license required. Washington State Bar license (or willingness to obtain one, including if/once eligible for reciprocity) needed.
