Responsibilities

This is a remote position for someone residing in the Eastern Time Zone. The hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm EST. Possible overtime as needed to support business needs

The ID Production Professional 1 for the ID Card team will collect and analyze multi-faceted data using advanced methodologies and tools. You will then use the data you have generated to develop programs for process and productivity improvements, assisting in the presentation and implementation of your recommendations and solutions. This position works with internal clients on preformatted periodic publications such as quarterly reports. Handles relations with printers, designers, and other vendors. Counsels others on production techniques and processes

Generate comparative analyses of actual results to expected results and report your findings

Partner with the business areas for issue resolution and ensuring process efficiency

Determine root cause issues as they relate to people, process and technology.

Recommend solutions based upon data and feedback./

Required Qualifications

Previous experience generating data to develop programs for process and productivity improvementsExperience presenting and implementing recommendations and solutions

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Team player; ability to collaborate with internal partners/customers

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage several tasks/projects simultaneously.

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite, wireless and Hotspots are prohibited). A minimum standard speed of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Working knowledge of Humana systems; CAS, CI
