The candidate should have 1 - 3 years of civil litigation experience. Should have experience in the following practice areas: professional liability, employment discrimination, general liability is preferred. Must possess strong legal writing and research skills, excellent advocacy experience, strong academics and ability to work well in a team environment. Should also be highly organized, motivated, experience in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple ongoing assignments, as well as have the ability to think creatively and work in a fast paced and challenging environment. Should experience in handling and litigating cases from inception through Trial in both Federal and State Court. Bilingual preferred.
