Support and drive the domestic wholesale business through pre-season planning, in-season forecasting, inventory and OTB management, and insightful analysis in order to maximize sales and optimize inventory
Produce, distribute, and analyze weekly, monthly, and seasonal reporting
Partner with wholesale team to develop scenarios, identify new opportunities, minimize liabilities, and propose creative ideas to drive sales while maintaining profitability
Develop deep understanding of company systems and reporting processes, working collaboratively with IT and end users to identify areas of opportunity and unify cross-departmental reporting
Develop daily location plans, based on monthly targets and marketing calendars
Contribute to the maintenance and development of department reporting and analysis tools, including but not limited to: Weekly Account Performance, Shipping Projections, Delivery Selling, and Market Prep Analysis
Compile data from multiple sources to maintain standard and create ad hoc reporting and analysis
A successful candidate will possess:
Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ year of experience in planning, buying, allocation, or wholesale
Excel experience, retail math acumen, and desire to learn
Strong communication, analytic, time management, and problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly shift priorities, collaborate well with other departments, and take initiative
