The candidate will be able to assume shared responsibility for tort cases on behalf of hundreds of clients being prosecuted throughout the United States in both State and Federal Courts; will also conduct research, prepare pleadings and other legal documents, and perform other duties to ensure that clients receive the best representation. Should also be an excellent communicator, negotiator, and problem solver. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience. Should have a Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school; admission to the bar in the state in which you intend to practice. Experience or expertise in personal injury and/or product liability preferred. Commitment to abiding by local, state, and federal laws and all applicable rules of professional responsibility; ability to work independently as well as a part of a team of attorneys and other personnel; strong critical thinking; ability to negotiate, research, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
