Office Assistant/File Clerk
The candidate will work with Paralegals and Legal Assistants in order to effectively prepare, manage, and update the case files and notebooks for large Family Law firm. Conduct court runs to file documents and serve documents as needed. Ability to cover for the receptionist, applicants must be comfortable taking multiple calls, using multiple phone lines, and transferring calls. Maintaining office front area, conference rooms and back of the office, as well as prepare conference rooms for client appointments. Assist with filing and other duties as needed. Experience working in a law firm is a plus. Part time required.
