Patent Prosecutor (Patent Attorney or Patent Agent)

The candidate must be an experienced patent prosecutor with 4+ years of experience in the area of patent prosecution. Attorneys having 4 to 8 years of prosecution experience are preferred. Must possess a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or the jurisdiction of the state where residing or where the work is being performed or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in the appropriate jurisdiction. Must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, have reasonable technical flexibility, and be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
