The candidate should have 3-5 years of commercial real estate finance experience. Must have experience representing lending institutions, purchasers, or sellers in connection with the financing of multifamily properties involving affordable housing, tax-exempt bond structures, tax credits, HUD’s Section 8 Housing Program, and other federal and state affordable housing and community development programs. Experience in Federal, State, or local agencies is a plus. A strong academic record, excellent drafting skills, and communication skills are required. New York Bar license is required.
