Summary:
Deliver on Tyson's unique executive team member value proposition through effective and efficient stock plan administration and communications. Under guidance from Executive Rewards Lead, support stock plan administration through external vendor, support team member and executive inquiries and resolve service issues.
Responsibilities Include:
Administer periodic SOX controls including periodic stock plan reporting and validation and compile data for regulatory filings (i.e. Form 4, proxy, 10K, etc.)
Builds reports, illustrations, and meeting materials for executive rewards design impact analysis and related Senior Management and Board presentations
Maintains plan documents and helps prepare annual communication
Assist Executive Rewards Partner with management of team member actions in Workday, collaborating cross functionally with business partners to complete necessary team member transactions
Independently respond to and resolve executive and team member inquires, escalating issues as appropriate
Execute process improvement for all stock plan administration processes and executive rewards programs
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 2 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree OR 4 plus years of experience in Compensation or Human Resources.
Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required. Familiarity with reporting tools preferred; such as Workday and SAP. Advanced analytic skills, experience with large data reporting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: High level of professionalism; multitasking in a fast- paced work environment; handling confidential information concerning the company’s executive management and employees; flexibility in meeting short deadlines with minimal supervision.

Travel: 1 to 5 domestic trips per year.
