About the job
This position is needed to facilitate our Go To Market Sales Operations teams to reach our program delivery goals. Acting as Scrum Master, you will lead collaboration and thoughtfully identify dependencies and risks, resolve blockers, make use of metrics to improve delivery, and apply Agile standard methodologies to optimize velocity, quality, and predictability.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Own and facilitate Agile ceremonies bringing standards and flexibility to suit your team’s way of working, while coaxing them toward greater efficiency
Drive toward continuous improvement through analyzing data and inspect & adapt practices
Support the transparency and communication of the health and progress of an overall program that your teams contribute to
Help be an agent of change as we strengthen our Agile muscles across the GTM organization
Work collaboratively with fellow Scrum Leaders to track cross program dependencies and promote the success of the GTM Business Application/PMO teams.

Required:

Organized — skilled at blocking and tackling, running things to ground, protecting the teams while making sure they’re responsive to the needs of the business
A strong Agilist — skilled at balancing standard methodologies, experiments, and flexibility to suit the situation
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitating
Desired:
At least 3 years of relevant Agile experience, preferably as a Scrum Master
Experience in working with teams that build Business Applications
Experience working with Jira tools, Confluence and/or other Agile tools
Ideally Certified Scrum Master; bonus points for Scaled Agilist certification or experience in a Scaled Agile organization
SAFe Agile experience desired but not required
Location
This role will be remotely based in the United States.

Colorado applicants:
The estimated pay range for this role, based in Colorado, is
$90,320.00 - $112,900.00.
Non-Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state. This role is also eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
