Business Tax Senior Manager - Pass Through
Duties: Serve as account team tax leader and provide tax compliance and advisory services to our passthrough (partnership and S corporation) clients. Develop and manage client relationships. Conduct secondary review of partnership and S-corporation income tax returns, including state tax compliance and composite/withholding filing activities. Evaluate the tax aspects of partnership agreements and manage clients’ Internal Revenue Code Section 704(b) accounts. Train and help staff develop their client engagement management skills and technical expertise. Engage in networking and other business development activities.
