Sales Representative - PIP
The candidate will maintain the firm's core values (Warrior for Justice) when communicating with clients and prospective clients. Serves as a liaison with the firm's clients and customers, developing relationships, providing guidance and advice, and ensuring all of the customer's needs are being met. Ensure monthly and annual client reporting is timely and accurately completed. Oversight in the coordination of new provider reviews and preparing files for demand. Consistent team meetings to discuss issues, hurdles, and ways to improve processes and efficiencies. Regularly communicate with current clients & providing reporting on activity and productivity. Communicate with clients via phone, email, in-person, etc.. Create and coordinate creative in and out-of-office networking/marketing opportunities where key leaders/clients can be introduced to the firm. Represent the firm at events where key leaders/clients can be introduced to the firm. Oversee document requests from the litigation team. Follow up with current PIP providers to discuss referrals of their close business partners/sources. Proactively collaborate with referral providers and attorneys and convert “PIP referrals” to LLG clients. Follow up and maintain relationships with current PIP providers to ensure PIP files are obtained on a recurring basis. Keep clients engaged and responding to inquiries in a timely fashion. Build, maintain and strengthen a positive relationship with clients. Should preferably have 3-5 years of worked in a management capacity. Proven sales experience is required.
