The candidates will review and enter data accurately into several database systems. Process cases and assist attorneys in managing client files. Work with a team and individually to perform legal support tasks as directed by supervisory staff. Ensure file statuses and file documentation are kept current. Comply with firm and client compliance and timeline requirements. Should have High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework a plus. Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent computer and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is required. Previous mortgage servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, real estate or law firm experience is a plus. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
