Senior Business Analyst
The candidate will execute an understanding of Business Analysis professional standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices. Support requirements gathering and user story sessions. Document detailed requirements to execution teams. Set achievable objectives while staying on budget and delivering high-quality work products on time. Monitor project budget, schedule, and activity progress to ensure the project remains on target in achieving client objectives. Represent client objectives in solution design sessions and ensure client requirements are met in final project deliverables. Document, analyze, and map business processes. Should have Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics. Should have 1-3 years of related Business Analysis or PMO experience. Should have 1-3 years in professional services (consulting or software sales/implementation). Project management/coordinator/PMO is required. Top tiered management consulting experience (Big 4, MBB, Accenture, etc.) is preferred. PMP or other professional certification in project management, process optimization is preferred.
