Full-time appointment based at our Oldham/Manchester office.

Solicitor, probably 5 years post qualification.

Essentials

A solid background in commercial conveyancing

Ability to run all aspects of commercial conveyancing from start to finish without supervision.

Good communication, organisational, time management and excellent client care skills.

Interest in business development and generating new business (in particular developing a client base at our Spinningfields Manchester office).

Proven track record.

Team player.

Desirable

Knowledge of other commercial areas of law e.g. employment, corporate, commercial contract and/or an interest in developing those skills.

Own following.
