Maintenance Operations Manager

Profile

Small Maryland home improvement company seeks operations manager/maintenance technician.

Job Duties:

• Oversee job scheduling, materials acquisition, and equipment management,
• Conduct inspections
• Assist on maintenance projects as needed
• Evaluate maintenance staff
• Seek out and interview other maintenance technicians

Qualifications:

• Experience in a wide variety of services including painting, handyman repairs, vacancy turnovers, and general building maintenance
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, climb ladders, walk properties, use power tools
• Must have own transportation, preferably truck or van
• Great customer service skills
• Excellent command of English language
