The candidate will work in the IP Counseling and Transactions Group on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, with an emphasis on Electrical Engineering, and related client counseling. Will assist in evaluation, preparation and prosecution of patents and patent applications. Provide support for patent enforcement, licensing and business transactions. Perform infringement and validity analysis and general portfolio management.
