Responsibilities

Requirements & Qualifications:

A valid FL HHA certificate

Picture Identification Card

Social Security Number

Pass Basic Exam

Pass a Drug Screen Test

Medical Exam with the year (2 PPD or Quanteferon Test, History of Positive PPD with Chest X-ray)

Immunization Lab Report (MMR)

Proof Of COVID Vaccination Card
