Director Of Diversity, Equity & Engagement

The candidate will work with University and School of Law faculty and staff to create programming, resources, and strategic initiatives that facilitate the success of our underrepresented student populations, including but not limited to students of color, LGBTQA students, first-generation students, veterans, and international students (J.D. track only). Collaborates with the Student Affairs team in the implementation of traditional community building events. Must have J.D. or Masters degree in Higher Education or related field strongly preferred. 5-8 years experience in a diversity initiatives-focused role required. Strong verbal, writing, facilitation and presentation communication skills required.
