The candidate should have 3 +years of corporate and healthcare transactional experience. Must have M&A, contracts, regulatory, and corporate governance experience within the healthcare field. Experience with licensure and enrollments and the impacts of the change of ownership and changes in the information, as well as working knowledge of Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims Act, and an understanding of the fair market and commercially reasonable analysis is preferred. Should also have a strong academic record, and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. IN bar membership or eligibility to sit for the IN bar is required.
