InterAction and Legal Data Specialist

The candidate will manage the firm's data change management inbox; process data changes and ensure system updates are complete and respond to user inquiries regarding data changes. Import and/or input miscellaneous data into InterAction as needed including new contacts and company profiling. Run searches for incomplete contact data and then update and amend this data as required, identifying lists, fields and contacts for archiving. Ensure compliance to the firm's data protection marketing principles. Research client/ prospect information to ensure CRM system contains current and accurate information. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from InterAction providing information on the firm's key clients. Assist with the running, planning and preparation of InterAction presentations, workshops and training sessions and provide ad-hoc desk side training. Administrative and overall project support. Exceptional attention to detail and tenacious attitude towards ensuring data accuracy. Highly organized and methodical. Highly professional, in presentation and manner, at all times. Calm under pressure. Comfortable operating to tight deadlines. Database experience. IT skills, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proven ability to take initiative and responsibility for completeness of work. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexible and adaptable, comfortable with change.
