The candidate provides on-site coordination and first-point-of-contact for project review attorneys. Performs document review activities including document coding and identification of privilege documents according to case review guidelines. Sets up and performs quality control processes according to best practice quality standards. Maintains ongoing additional documentation for projects, as necessary, including privilege names, decision logs and other documentation required by best practice quality standards. Anticipates and identifies case issues. Communicates to project manager what issues could have significant impact on review processes. Should have a Juris Doctorate degree. Experience in Litigation Document Review.
Problem Solving: an ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization and/or specific direction exists. Should have the ability to effectively present and communicate information to management, employees, clients and other outside parties. Should have exceptional client service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
