eDiscovery Project Manager (Project Delivery Specialist)
The candidate will work directly with the Project Manager in the coordination and delivery of eDiscovery and litigation support to clients. Contribute to deliverables and review the work of others for quality and accuracy. Utilize eDiscovery and litigation support technology to efficiently address client needs. Coordinate efforts among various eDiscovery and litigation support team members in areas such as document collection, scanning, ESI processing, document review, productions, and trial support or related discovery and litigation support tasks. Ability to maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 2+ years of litigation support experience, including at least one year of supervisory experience. Strong knowledge of litigation support and related technologies. Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required. Experience forecasting litigation support needs and developing detailed plans for addressing those needs. Preferred: Undergraduate degree, law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree preferred. Experience with the management of document review and similar eDiscovery related platforms such as Relativity.
