Medical Malpractice Paralegal

The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation. Prior experience with medical records and medical summaries needed. Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Should have Mediation preparation and trial work. Must have solid understanding of Document Review. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe are required. Knowledge of court systems/instructions is a must. Candidate should possess excellent time management, communication, research and writing skills. Must be highly organized, professional, conscientious, and assertive. He or she must be capable of working independently and have the ability to manage a demanding workload of complex med mal cases, including medical summary/chronology and be interested in trial work.
