Description:

This is an exciting chance to join the University’s External Relations team, working in one of its Faculty-facing teams, working on marketing activities in support of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Business. This team provides marketing support for the Faculty’s four Schools of Art, Design and Architecture, Plymouth Business School, Plymouth Institute of Education and Society and Culture. You will be a member of a team developing strategic activities related to promoting our courses and recruiting students into the Faculty, raising the profile of the academic subjects available to study with key target audiences in multiple ways. You will work with two Faculty Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions Officers and a Team Leader, collaborating with teams across External Relations and academic Schools on projects such as advertising campaigns, recruitment events (open days) and communications with applicants. A team player with an ability to prioritise and self-manage, you will work on projects across your team, and work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of seniority. You will have excellent communication, planning and organisation skills, and be driven by customer satisfaction, monitoring measures of success as you go. You will be adept at supporting marketing plans and schedules in response to business objectives, working to shared guidelines and processes, building relationships and creating outputs with excellent attention to detail.
