Handle all Non-Legal Aspects of Office; including: Bookkeeping for Trust Account. Bookkeeping for multiple Operating Accounts. Bookkeeping for multiple lines of credit. Banking Deposits. Review and understanding of client costs. Client monthly living expense/advance payments. Client cost payment & entry. Client Settlement Disbursement preparation and completion. Office expense payments. Vendor communication and payment. Bank reconciliation. Quickbooks reporting and setup. Communication with legal case management company. Communication with banking institutions and providers of lines of credit and sureties. Financial document preparation and reporting. Pick up office mail daily. Manage Firm Administrators calendar. Occasional errands for Firm Administrator.
