Contract Coordinator
The candidate will be responsible for: Search real estate records, examine titles, or summarize pertinent legal or insurance documents mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies. Review agreements or proposed amendments for conformity to company policies or recommendations. Generate outgoing contracts, amendments, and confirmations. Maintain accurate records in our project tracking system and ensure timely transaction completion. Coordinate, and track incoming and outgoing documents and manage and maintain contract/counter party database. Prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties. Ensure compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest. Should have 10+ years of related real estate experience in a role such as underwriting, paralegal / JD with a focus on real estate, or commercial contract / lease managers who have managed a large portfolio. Must have understanding of site acquisition, leasing, permitting, and reporting. Expertise in the renewable energy space a major plus.
