As a Manager, Shopper Marketing at Kellogg, you will proactively build industry-leading Shopper Marketing campaigns and events that result in profitable net sales and market share growth. You will be asked to develop shopper insight-driven solutions that integrate our brand equity and business objectives with the needs of key retail partners compelling them and their shoppers to choose our brands. In this role you will use your influence to ensure that brands understand the unique needs of the retailers to deliver winning plans to the marketplace every day!
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to represent some of Kellogg’s top brands: Special K, Frosted Flakes, Raisin Bran, Pop-Tarts, Pringles and Cheez-Its!
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Insights to Action – Driving thought leadership among sales teams and with customers to uncover actionable shopper/consumer truths that lead to effective programs that drive conversion across the path to purchase.
Create – Develop and implement all strategic shopper marketing strategies to help deliver total business plans.
Collaborate – You will work with customers, brand partners, agencies and customer teams to identify and prioritize high impact opportunities and drive commercial activation.
Influence – Working with Sales and Marketing leadership, you will provide input concerning the development of customer sales strategies as an advocate for both the brand and customer.
Lead and Connect – Demonstrating mastery of the system, functional expertise, and connecting to subject matter experts across evolving path to purchase capabilities (digital, e-commerce, experience planning).
Evaluate – You will analyze program performance to ensure optimal return on investments.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Prior experience in Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Agency, Market Research, Shopper Insights or Category Management.
We need someone who can think strategically, think conceptually as well as have skills around finance and analytics while driving results, selling and negotiating!
Project Management skills are important too!
MBA, Master’s Degree or International equivelent
Experience with strategic national account selling
