Mid-level Associate: Tax
The candidate will work at the level of a mid-level associate to join the Tax practice group. A Juris Doctorate degree is required. Admission to practice law in at least one of the following jurisdictions is mandatory; California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington, DC. Should have 3+ years of relevant experience in federal transactional tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, transaction structuring, entity formation (including choice of entity advisory experience), and other general business transactions. Experience with drafting and negotiating partnership agreements is a plus. Must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills.
