Carlisle, PA, United States
F&M is excited to announce that we are expanding our Mortgage department and are seeking to add a talented, local originator to our Cumberland County mortgage team. If you are an experienced mortgage originator and are not happy with your current employer's path, what you cannot do for customers, or are simply curious to see how we are better than your current place of employment, we encourage you to keep reading and ponder why you should consider making a change to our community bank that is investing in YOUR community. This is where we want to be.
In 2018 we added 2 new positions to our Mortgage Division, which have significantly enhanced our offerings and delivery to our customers and current MLOs.\u00a0 This position will be based in Carlisle and will have a compensation structure comprised of a base bi-weekly salary (not a draw against your commission like some other companies) PLUS a competitive monthly commission payout on all loans originated. We know that it might be hard to walk away from upcoming commissions that you've already worked hard to get started, so we don't want you to worry about losing out on making a change to us. We'll help bridge the gap with a higher base salary for your first few months, which will allow for a much easier transition.
If this is something that raises any interest and you do have sales origination experience with residential mortgages, we strongly encourage you to fill out your information below and click \Apply for this Position\ or select \Import your Profile\ to start your employment application. We'll be in contact with the individuals that meet our hiring criteria in the upcoming weeks to get interviews started.
