The candidate will remain current on issues of corporate, energy, and infrastructure law; draft memoranda, legal opinions, and client-related documents; conduct legal research regarding corporate projects; support cross-border corporate projects mainly between the USA, Spain, and Latin America. Must have JD or LLM or foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience managing transactions encompassing jurisdictions with civil law and common law and supporting representation of utilities and energy companies and lenders. Must also have 3 years of experience supporting major project finance energy and infrastructure cross border transactions including in M&A both in the US and Latin America. Experience may be gained concurrently.
