As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, you will bring deep technical expertise to deliver robust and scalable solutions for some of our largest clients.The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will be responsible for managing platform operations, stakeholders, security, and best practice advice for named & owned accounts. This includes user & data management, stakeholder management, related front-line issue management. You will be part of the technical delivery team and work closely with our clients on strategic digital transformation initiatives that influence revenue growth while optimizing marketing spend. Work you’ll do

Provide daily administration and support of the Salesforce database, including, but not limited to, managing user setup, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types and page layouts

Customize and configure Salesforce setup to align with business processes; recommend and implement improvements to existing configurations and customizations based on business needs

Perform regular data maintenance and cleaning activities; define and execute onboarding and offboarding checklists

Manage complex workflow rules, data validation rules, and approval processes

Analyze, monitor, and fine-tune the application system to achieve optimum performance levels

Maintain a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database/library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity;Assess design and objectives for the assigned project phases and recommend strategies and tactics to achieve business needs

Participate in application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors, and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot

Requirements

At least 3 years of CRM Administration and 1 year of Marketing Automation Administration experience

1 year of campaign management experience using cloud technology (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot)

Experienced in hands-on design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing and other implementation activities

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to other technical team members as well as non-technical members

Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, perform in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of detail and accuracy

Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Science or related field or equivalent level of experience

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Salesforce Administrator (ADM201/301) and/or Marketing Cloud Certification preferred)

Salesforce Implementation experience

Google Analytics experience

Additional U.S. Delivery Center Requirements

Must be willing to live and work in the Lake Mary, FL, Mechanicsburg, PA, or Phoenix, AZ area
